If there was it would not be at these levels, a show of strength is whats needed then let the holders settle and feel comfortable, then push on from there. Also, with the deal done and very big hitters on board, any cap raising is likely to be backed privately. I know this is all hypo, buy why do the deal then rususe to take stock in a raising. What will that do to price if good old Rupert takes a big slug of any placing. All hypo as I say but sometimes you have to read between the lines and this kind of deal does not happen unless someone smarter than you and me thinks there is value in it.
