Mining Consumables business is the most profitable business for ARI. Once sold, ARI will have no business is making any money, but still have massive debt. Mining Consumables cannot sell for $2 billion to pay down all the debt.
So you will be left with massive debt plus interest and no business making not even $1 profit. 100% dead.
