if she's lost 75c of NTA in just 6 months, what do you think NTA will be at june 30 this year? or december 30?
property trusts are writing off 10% of their value every 6 months. valad will probably do 20-30%. absolutely disgusting imo that shareholder capital has been gambled like a casino.
