This is the exact issue though. The whole argument is built on the premise of us humans being able to control the weather with our actions. This is simply the most infactual and farcical nonsense of the whole climate ‘change’ con. It is purely an effort to shift our financial foundation from oil and create a whole new industrial revolution. Now that is another rabbit hole we can speculate as to why, but for now let’s just address the climate change furphy.

Climates around the world ‘change’. They have and always will change, they’re cyclical. Look at rock formations and previous inland seas or rainforest, just to name a few. The most crucial discussion and plan the world need to have is the problem of population size as opposed to potable water.
