fair comment tilly, around a week ago a number of the regulars said that if ithe ann was just the 100m, the price would stay pretty much unchanged

everyone got a little ahead of themselves today (40, 80, $1, etc) but the brr radio suggests that, while everyone was a little overexcited today, the next cruitial ann is not all that far away

there have been some odd going on with allocations, etc but we have to remember, MS and the team are in delicate and complex negotiations, lots of palms need attention and possibly/probably all this work is for a real and valuable reason its simply that we arent on the inside so cant see the underlying reasons

i for one dont believe that the allocations and trading activity is like that seen in many other stocks where they throw away stock well below market just for short term cash instead, all the activity on cvi is for a specifc and future valuable purpose
