The next quarter will be telling, we'll know whether the solid rolling quarter was simply a self fulfilling prophecy or a genuine cycle off the back of Sydney and Melb (as per '03-'07).
Anecdotal but a lot of people I know with Brisbane IP's are keen to test the waters on the sell side (my family included). Missed selling Camp Hill at its peak and then regretted it for 8 years, now they've got another chance to lock in profits and retire. Certainly no shortage of buyers either though...
