prices may drop..but smart money flowing in

Hi mates,

While prices have been dropping for CTO,the technical picture shows that during the past three weeks smart money has been flowing into the stock as can be seen in the chart below.

This is a positive divergence, and shows prices of CTO may likely improve as accumulation is now quietly taking place while the great debate as to the falling prices occurs.

My take is that prices may likely follow the smart money and outbreak to the positive side soon at least for a while, with this nett positive divergence.
