The effective entry price for sophisticated investors is calculated as follows:
5.3c placement price which is lowered by 2 FREE options for every 3 shares alotted. This means 1.7c in value (2/3 x 2.5c). Therefore effective entry price is 5.3 - 1.7 = 3.6c.
