The investors got 3 PYC (market value 5.7c) and 2 PYCOA (value about 2.7c, I can't remember exactly) while paying for only 3 PYC at 5.3c.
So 15.9c got them 3*5.7 + 2*2.7 = 22.5c worth of shares and options. That's about a 30% discount.
