big costs on OPEX are the benfication plant and the rail line connecting Wonarah to Tennant Creek. If minemakers runs Wonarah at a decent profit for a few years and re-invests into the project then their OPEX drops considerably.
Also, initially the boys are looking at contracting almost everything out. This will minimise the CAPEX and expedite the start date.
As far as RP prices goes, they are set quite vaguely by the very few remaining countries that export RP, namely Morocco. Long ongoing issues with the morroccans exist, namely they steal the RP from Western Sahara (just think East Timor) and as such they are not the most politcally stable of countries. Prices are set every 3-ish months and come in the form of internet whispers.
So I don't see MAK having a big problem as far as profitibility goes. But what would I know I just collect trolleys for a living.
