Forgetting Matt , there was another ..Cant be bothered looking back to find his/her name .

I objected strongly to the posts ..Dates were set ( as the guy on my tour boat in Bangkok said " Very very very longs time ago " ) ..and the posts were written as a " Statement of Fact " ..thats what really annoyed me .

So many times , Ive explained .. Im neither a Bull nor a Bear , I merely report on whats happening .. Somehow however , with virtually no balance on this property forum ..you HAVE to be one or the other .

I just cant understand the reasoning of so many , they have no interest in property , most dont own a property and have no intention of purchasing ..Thats fine , but talk about something thats going to actually make you some money .

The property Forum on hotcopper ..as it exists today , may as well be deleted , Its close to useless .
