The Rincon Project is a JV with an Argentinian company called Puna Mining (owned by Pablo Alurralde and Francisco Mendendez... Pablo Alurralde is the lithium processing expert managing the project on the ground in the Salta Provence of Argentina).

AGY currently owns 77.5% of the Rincon Project (and has the rights to earn up to 90% - I think upon the commercial production milestone).

All Rincon sales go through Puna Mining's books, ie NOT AGY's.... hence you won't see any sales revenue on AGY's cashflow reports.

I fully expect that all revenue generated will be held by Puna Mining for reinvestment back into the Rincon Project - hence neither am I expecting to see any fund transfers coming into AGY's cashflow report.

@Koi-7 - I very much doubt that AGY will disclose the sale details, as the sales agreement and terms (including price) will more then likely be considered commercial in confidence (by both sides of the sales agreement).

How does that work Viva, If we own 77.5% moving to 90% yet sales funds go to puna? At what stage does AGY recieve sales funds?
