    Here is a dumb question.
    It seems there is a 'leak' of shares with almost exactly (16,000 aprox) the same number of shares sold every 5 or so minutes at $0.120 with the occasional bulk buy back at $0.125.
    Is someone just 'leaking' shares to keep the price low?
    Or are they just being annoying?
