Some light reading I found this morning regarding laterite plants in Capex and sizing. Quite good reading that process engs such as @Nccc and others (@Jd2308) interested in process and costings might enjoy. Quite recent from Mar 2018. Hey @ura_bull, your friend over at CLQ might like to expain the CLQ quotes, what he didn't explain to you is how their proprietary system works and where the detailed analysis from their own pilot plant (not including HPAL but initially processed in a lab) and the pilot plant they supplied to a japanese company 3yrs ago ,how the trial went on scandium extraction and where the follow up fullscale order might be.
