IntelligentInvestor has ceased coverage of PPX and made the call when it was back at 4$ that it was a stock to recommend to your worst enemy. They do however concede that at these levels it could be a value play. I agree, sell downs as severe as this almost always overshoot fair value and this looks to have bottomed.
Time will tell, new management and a restructure is a big tick for me. The chart is showing short term support at these levels, I'm buying.
