i don't recommend a triple grafted fruit tree for inexperienced gardeners.
The problem is without careful summer and winter pruning one graft will take over and inhibit at least one variety.
Also the most vigorous graft has to be pruned more often and the slowest grower needs to get most sun --so orientation of then plant is important.
A double graft is relatively safe for most garden fruits imo.
