agree mate,if you need more people it is generally
a sign a company is getting busier....getting busier is generally a sign company is doing the right things...
In my opinion things are on the up....I have been disappointed too many times to not look at all aspects
of where things are at.Hiring an accountant on 60k is not
a positive to me.best wishes
