Rifici - I think the best way to understand what is going the the minds of most is by looking at the 10yr chart (Way prior to the Financial Crisis).
Most would say "Woot! Look at how high PRR can go. 5c is cheap!"...
But in reality the chart says "We have continued to under deliver in our objectives and promises, we have struggled for funds, we have diluted our stock and we have been very near bankruptcy"
This message is loud and clear... PRR needs to change its image, and the chart will change to reflect imo.
