Yes but still NO mention to effect that a nominee, may or may not have already purchased a buffer in anticipation. Need a top 20 PRR+PRRO update; a 50/50 split would still appear at lower anticipation 3% level of total ADRs - with a full squirreling away, not to mention the Sophs from the latest CR. Suppose with SPP still in train there is an excuse not to publish a "moving target" Top20.
