It seems like all our ducks are lineing up and with some
foreseeable announcements post spp things for this co. should be positive.However I have a small concern with our potential investors in the U.S. after the listing.
Do we know if Prima has been deemed a Passive Foreign Investment Co.. Because if so the tax implication to the American investor could be a contraindication to them dipping their toes in our share pool.
Does anyone know anything about this or will it have a zero sum effect and hence concerns are baseless
