BRR, I share your conclusions on the whole CEO progression/generational change matter. MR was the right man in the right job for what was required up to now. Clearly it's not his desire or skill set to drive the company through the next critical phase, and ML has the runs on the board for that role.

I get the sense (in hindsight admittedly) that MR's goal and intention was to see the co through the Nasdaq listing, then pass the baton, and that the interminable delay in the listing drained him to some extent.

My only criticism is that I think the company could have better explained this process to the market. It seems they recognise this now and are using strategically placed stories in the media to get the message of evolutionary change across.

With ML based in California, and being a different style of CEO, sadly I doubt us little shareholders will have the direct access and communications with him that we had with MR. But perhaps that's not such a bad thing in some ways.
