Aint no expert, but I think registration is not the same as application which is what I think happened in Sept(ish) 2009.
Registration is just formality once approval is given.
Regardless of price pre-NASDAQ (i.e. between now and actual listing), just think ... now Prima will be playing in the big boys arena. There's a colossal amount of money swishing around in the Nasdaq world. Big boys, big toys, big bucks, big stage. Prime time for Prima Biomed, CVac and CANVAS.
Looking forward to seeing Prima actually have numerous articles referring to it that show up on the big media circulations around Nasdaq. My iPhone app usually shows nothing for Prima news. If like me you subscribe to Google new alerts for "Prima Biomed", you should start to see more and more mails hitting your inbox.
Make some time as there'll be plenty needed for reading about Prima in the coming days, weeks, months.
