... yes the company is only interested in raising capital .... agreed

... but 'delusional' may be a bit harsh .... perhaps my post may be misinterpreted or not clearly presented..

... when PRR announced a Cap raising seeking nominal $50 mill ....

.. they could have perhaps gone to institutions only ... and with a Cap raising issues at a 16 % discount to the market price at the time ..... most shareholders like us would not have been overly impressed if they had been left out .... without an opportunity to get some ... at what the time was a substantial discount ...

... and as we know ... the maximum amount they can dish out through a SPP to retail investors is only $15K ..... they have indeed taken a risk if indeed the offer is undersubscribed ...

... but we should feel relaxed in the knowledge that the guidance of the Placement managers would have been all over the permutations and combinations of what would achieve the best outcome for Prima .... they have the insider info that you and I do not ...

the important thing ... No. 1 item ... is that Prima gets the entire funding to push on through and complete cVac Phase 111 trials .... regardless of any short term affect on share price

... The chickens will come home to roost when Phase 111 is done....

.... and if and when Phase 111 is complete ... commercialisation would be a gimme ... considering that it is in ' production ' already .... and when the cash inflows required will come from investors and / or pharmas at that stage...beating down the doors to get on board .... ( if they hadn't knocked on the doors early already )
