Thats why I never take account the market depth beyond near where the current action actually is. The first few lines tell the story as to the strength of the buy or sell side. You have raised the same issue with another stock so its no surprise to you. Its very common and you are right, most retail investors are not permitted to place orders at a price that far exceeds the current market price. The rules are obviously not equal for all and that is wrong.
Stocks that are being pumped usually have extremely large orders at ridiculously low prices to give a fake view of the market depth. Conversely to encourage selling the sell side can be stacked at ridiculously high prices.
On the bright side the PRR Buy side close to the real action is quite strong with about 13.5mill in the first four lines and only about 7.1mill in the first four sell lines.
Beyond those lines the market depth not that relevant to me.
