Hi all, I am relatively new to HC but have been tracking various commentary on LOM for a while. Can any seasoned holders / commentators help me out with the following?

a. I’m interested in viewing primary documents relating to the original alluvial and kimberlite concessions, the alluvial renewal and the joint venture association agreement between LOM, ENDIAMA and Rosas y Petalas. Does anyone know if these are available?

b. In relation to the diamond parcel sale that netted LOM A$2.7m from gross sale proceeds of A$3.12m – does anyone have a handle on why LOM received a higher amount of sale proceeds than appears to be due under the equity structure of the JV agreement?

Any clarification on the above would be appreciated, and apologies if this has been covered off in previous posts that I've missed.
