In an announcement late this afternoon Primary Health holds 12% of SYB. The merger of HSP and SYB needs 75% of votes to go ahead. To stop the 75% from happening PRY will need around 15% to 20% is my guess.

I am wondering if PRY will make a bid for SYB or just try to spoil the HSP party.
