Hi
@hilldwellerRe - "Can anyone suggest why ISX opposed the release of the ASX,s SOR. The SOR has only done ASX harm and enforced ISX,s case from what I understand."
He's my take on your question
Everything's incremental in the judicial system. Must go through the steps to arrive at the final destination.
Without isx strongly opposing the SOR via the interlocutory injunction, it would be actually implying, were OK with the BS that your going to publish.
How would it look to apply further to the courts for #2 SOC which is all about the BS in the SOR when isx didn't oppose the SOR publication in the first place. Wouldn't have much of a case if isx let the SOR slide through unopposed imo.
Now because isx has played by the judicial playbook, they have an even stronger case against asx for the damage caused by releasing the SOR along with all the stuff in SOC #1 because of isx's opposition to the SOR.
Asx are obviously opposing the amended SOC because of the damaging effects it's going to have on the asx reputation if all the BS is proven wrong.
Time will reveal all the facts.
All imo & dyor
