That's not "deciding to sell". That's "deciding to list your shares at a price that no-one will pay".
Real talk: the market sets the price, and right now that price is 0.2c. For a company losing money at the rate 9SP does, some might say that at that price buyers are overpaying. If you want to tell me why that's wrong I'll happily hear it.
