Has anyone contacted the company about their timeline and process for selling shares?
It’s been over 18 months since a decent trading window has been available, aside from two brief 2-week periods with atrocious prices and liquidity.
There is currently no clarity on when the next opportunity will arise, nor is there a designated platform for shareholders to sell. Kevin and Shelly repeatedly claim to have shareholders' interests front of mind, but the current situation blatantly contradicts this message.
Shareholders deserve transparency and timely information. Surely the board should be holding the 2 co-leaders accountable for the empty promise of shareholders' interests?
