@Richdadpoordad
"Many shareholders, have struggled to sell shares during the PM trading windows due to insufficient demand and liquidity, which contradicts your assertion."
- how many, exactly? when and where did they tell you this? how many shares did they want to sell (better make sure your answer here is more than the number actually traded!)?
Gotta tell you, as things stand, your comment reminds me of this:
"the company has a responsibility to ensure that shareholders have fair and reasonable opportunities to sell their shares. This includes providing adequate trading windows with sufficient liquidity, rather than the token efforts we've seen."
I'll assume you mean the company's directors, not the company itself. Generally, directors owe duties to the company, not shareholders. Can you point to some authority that they owe shareholders "adequate trading windows"? I'd be very interested to see it.
