Primary Markets told me they have introduced a new system.

All new Orders (buy or sell) now have an Expiry date which you set when you enter the Order.

All existing Orders in the system have been updated with a default Expiry of 90 days.

Any existing Orders (like mine) that are older than 90 days will be removed once they hit the Expiry date.

You will have to reenter Orders and set a new Expiry date.
