Taxing overseas online purchases will be implemented sometime as it is the only intelligent thing to do. Shoppers are now fully comfortable with buying online and it is so much easier with heaps of goods. Gillard didn't drag out the old faithful of "Jobs" being important this time because she thinks siding with shoppers will get her pats on the back. When shop assistants lose their jobs because of the unfair competition things will heat up. What a weak and predictable comment by Gillard.
