The market runs not on charts or fundamentals but on sentiment (I have covered this topic before elsewhere)....when you consider that so much of the spec end of the market amounts to little more than organized crime then having a former PM on board adds cred....and a spec with cred leads to postive sentiment.
I think people should not underestimate the importance of this ann.
