This may prove to be a master stroke....I am a blue ribbon liberal voter but have always been willing to concede that Bob Hawke is a master negotiator.....not only that but I can hardly see someone of Bob Hawke's standing aligning himself with a tin pot operation. ORD has a massive job ahead in raising necessary funds to build the infrastructure in LAOS but I can foresee Bob Hawke negotiating deals and finance that may well keep future dilution to a minimum.

Well I'm excited......as i said ORD is long term.
