I happen to emply quite a few working class battlers too mate.
The reason they keep coming back is I don't try to put myself a level above them, despite the difference in bank accounts.
Face it buddy, these guys are the reasons we do well. Where would the place be without them? I don't mind getting my shirt off alongside them and showing them appreciation with a few beers after. Those who give their max to me get rewarded (and appreciated)
