I agree but these prosecutions take years to develop as the lawyers all see the money flowing and they will both lawyer up and charge like wounded bulls for their inflated rights to be upheld in the courts. I would love to see a whole lot of senior bankers go to goal for neglect of their corporate duties but does anyone who understands of legal system with all it flaws believe this might actually happen and yes the regulators need to be held account for being the fox in charge of the hen house type approach - it quite comical really but also sad that justice system comes at a price and the more money you have the more justice you can afford to buy!
