Zucchini Steaks:
Slice 2 medium zucchini into eight steaks.
Score.
Salt.
Leave for 15 minutes.

4 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil.
4 cloves pressed garlic.
¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes or smoked chili.

Apply oil the steaks.
Bake until cooked.
