    Btw, the most popular stock investment newsletter has given a new target price of $3.50 for ELM on the recent newsletter sent after 5pm on Friday.

    Everyone (me, my investor friends, smart money, smart investors, all of the directors, etc.) knows that ELM worth at least more than $4 atm. So, $3.50 is still remains as a conservative target.
