With this new team and their focus on driving profitability across all cost centres including capital and labour , I think the free cash flow will improve materially . I don’t mind a little more asset recycling , MRM did something similar a couple of years back - anything under-utilised was sold . The key is I have confidence that when this team buys a new asset, it will be put to work at the right margin and this will drive ROI / ROE to much higher levels progressively

I think a clear opportunity of the increased cash flow you describe may be a more aggressive buy back
