I was wondering what 30% QoQ growth looked like - so I looked at he numbers.
Have a look a the attached graph below and you understand why this is good for those who are long.
The magic of compounding takes hold with dramatic effect.
At 30% QoQ the growth is 286% per year.
A company with $1m revenue in year 1 will grow its revenue as follows:
Year 1 - $ 1.00m
Year 2 - $ 2.86m
Year 3 - $ 8.16m
Year 4 - $ 23.30m
Year 5 - $ 66.54m
Year 6 - $190.05m
These numbers give a feel for how significant 30% QoQ growth really is.
