- SYA has been linked to Amos for some considerable time.
- There was an unexpected and unpopular CR at 18c.
- Northvolt are on the move in Canada.
- Northvolt have previously converted a paper mill into a lithium processing facility.
- SYA would not officially announce anything until after DD etc. likely an embargo on publishing any details.
- If they were to get the ducks lined up they would want to move quickly and finalise financials. Money in the bank.
