ESS is a young WA company with great ‘nearology’ and high profile interest in the company as per this AFR report last Aprilfrom @Jace1984 [see post].

Re the postulation on Ganfeng in that story; ( Ganfeng was put forward as a tier one suitor)​

Ganfeng is surely interested in Primero as well as in the ESS resource given how well Primero has been doing at Core and other sites?​

NB that Ganfeng and Mineral Resources are partnered at the huge lithium deposit at Wodgina
… and that currently (30/08/22) MIN’s ….

“Mr Ellison is pushing for a hydroxide plant at Wodgina he thinks can be built for a much lower cost than what Albemarle forked out for the plant at Kemerton and also benefit from a cheap supply of gas.​

He said it was “highly likely” MinRes would also consider building a hydroxide plant with Ganfeng, its partner in the Mt Marion lithium mine where production is being doubled from 450,000 tonnes a year to 900,000 tonnes a year of mixed grade spodumene.”… ​
