I was watching Primero Group as a investment consideration. NRW beat me to it with a 100m take over offer. No Concern at all with NRWs ability to build our CDP.
Raising this as I wonder what part of the 100m price tag offer for Primero Group is the Hazer C.D.P. and what (if any) part is for future larger Hazer plant contracts they are factoring in? In the "RECOMMENDEDTAKEOVER OFFER" 24 November 2020 page 11 is on HZR CDP.
"Currently delivering world leading technology –Hazer Group commercial demonstration plant• 35 opportunities currently being tracked with complete strategy currently being finalised• Opportunity to be the leader in technology and delivery in Australia"
I doubt Primero group makes a false statement to its shareholders or to NRW. It may be my misinterpretation of course. It did make me sit up and take note. Pure speculation on my part here!
Suspect my investment in HZR is very safe in the hands of both Primero group and NRW who might be worth watching for little snippets like this possible gem
