As can be seen by GMV's competitors, the margins are quite rewarding when you take into account the Cost of revenue and the profit at the end of the day. What we as share holders need to take into account, GMV has a miriade of revenue streams that we will have availiable. These are:

A. Hygea U$11m
B. Cyprus $10.5m
C. IDTF U$3.5m
D. Telerhythmics U$4.m
Total U$28m

What also needs to be taken in account, are the potential sales from the new factory in China. The factory in full production should be capable of producing 1million Prizma Jackets. That would equate to 833,000 per month and a price tag of:

a. Aud $100 × 8.3m = Aud $99.6million
b. Aud $150 × 8.3m = Aud $150 million
c. Aud $ 200 ×16.6 m = Aud $199.2million
d. Aud $ 250 × 20.8 m = Aud $2496million

The Cost of Revenue is not known however even if you allocated half of the revenue, the profit is going to be significant. There are also the revenue from the GMed Patch in countries authorised to sell and or rent. Remember the rent applied is $30 per day or $900 a month. As I have been spruiking all along, GMV is going to be a cash cow.

EG: Usd $28 m + Usd $99.6 = Usd $127.6m
127 × 2 = 255
500 SOI Approx
255 ÷ 500 = $0.51

The unknowns should all come into place after the breifing at the EGM on 24 Apr. Remember I did the lowest price for the above example and I would like to reiterate that the IPO will be snapped up by our American counterparts and we can look forward to having a very healthy company over the next 2 - 3 years with a good dividend.

Potential is for U$300m to $350m MC
=US 60c to 0.70
=A 80c to $1.00

(It all depends on SOI - 500m or 550m or 600m ?)

Looking ahead :
IF..
CFDA for Primza comes through, in next few weeks or months, and factory produces 1million Primza a year,
in full capacity production, followed by Gyim HKIPO updates:

Well.....Boom!

U$2 to U$3 per asx share, easily
