If we have a look at how many shares were issued in the IPO for both BEAT & IRTC, you will see they have been relatively small, both under 10,000,000m. I think we can expect that the shares to be issued by GMV will likely be small approx 8m, and with a SP around Usd $15.

It is going to be very interesting as to the possible scenarios given the different combinations with future revenues. But rest assured Dr G will have it all sorted out as he has the most to gain from all of this venture and I have all the faith and confidence in his abilities.

rough calculation but that increase of IRTC from IPO is around 20x. if we experience something similar for GMV does that mean the overall mc would be affected and asx price would also be 20x? sorry I'm still a bit confused around this, as far as I know the price will be static nasdaq / asx right?
