The China MOU , as posted by @Harlan is dated 27 July 2017 , I can find no expiry date.
The Conditional order announced 3 May 2018 for US$3M and covers 11 Asian Markets including Singapore , expires today 1 May 2019 if all conditions are not met .?
2 Oct 2017 , Greece/Cyprus , US$10.5 in the first year.
10 Nov 2017 , binding MOU with India/Taiwan for US$90M in 2018 .
When looking at all these , you can understand why most investors give no credence to MOU.
There is no way , imo , that GMV can go to prospectus stage with only the Hygea contract and these old MOUs.
