They might be going to prospectus with more US contracts that are in the pipeline.
I know they had the EGM to pave the way for NASDAQ listing within 3 months , my point is if LT investors want the NASDAQ listing to be oversubscribed and a raging success , GMV will need more than the Hygrea contract and some old and probably useless MOUs .
We have no idea who is willing to back it yet.
This my opinion only and happy for you to disagree.
