I can tell you the monthly update started because of the pressure a few share holders put on management but that quickly fell away because they were content with the feedback they got and it quashed any concerns they had.

Majority of share holders just used HC to voice their concern, which company will never address on the forum and Yacov does not read or follow.

For those who have concerns or are worried, the only way for change is to bombard with emails with your questions or request a structured update and keep emailing all day, every day , not just Yacov, but any one associated and working with GMV until you are happy with a response .
