and thats almost done. in principal all agreed. I guess as I'm kinda involved maybe im behind the Chinese wall so can't say much but IMO the last tranch of debt (at least from our side) is agreed in principal - but you of course have to wait till the company announces it before anything is confirmed or concrete

Just wait and see ,.Great steps forward have been made on the equity needed and the debt - Its a step by step process so just sit back and watch a while longer. I'd love to say more details but cant - I may want to visit oz again so have to be careful.. And frankly (no advice given) i'd seriously suggest you do what im doing and collect a few more.
