KDR must surely already be a very attractive TO target for larger predators. Wondering if the rather odd MZN legal claim might actually be a little useful in diverting TO attention for a little longer while management progress the project further & raise the market cap to a more realistic value? For that matter, could this even be a clever joint ruse in the scheme of things for the future?
